At Temple Hut, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery experience. Every order is carefully prepared with attention and care, so your products arrive safely and ready to bring comfort and calm into your home.
Order Processing Time
We require 2–5 business days to process, prepare, and dispatch your order. Processing time may increase during peak seasons or public holidays (up to 10 business days). Once your order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes, including address modifications or cancellations. Temple Hut ships Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location. Below are estimated timeframes provided by our carrier partners:

Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, severe weather, strikes, or carrier delays.
Tracking Information
All orders include a tracking number. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your package has been dispatched to the carrier facility. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking data to become active in the system.
Multiple-Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory location. In this case, each package will have its own tracking number.
Shipping Fees
Temple Hut proudly offers flat-rate worldwide shipping. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, Customs or import duty fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in the order price and are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer is responsible for any return fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Temple Hut is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking states Delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@templehut.com including:
- Receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number;
- Photos of the product and packaging;
- A description of the issue.
Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address was entered, and the order has already been processed, we cannot retrieve or reroute the package. Refunds are not available for issues caused by incorrect addresses.
