Email us at support@templehut.com and we'll reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday.

To help us sort things out on the first reply, please include your order number and, if something arrived damaged or incorrect, photos or a short video of the product and its packaging.

Something not right with your order?
If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. If it simply isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Either way, you won't need to ship anything back. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
