At Temple Hut, your peace of mind matters to us.
We want every piece you choose to feel right in your home — but if something isn’t quite as you expected, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging;
- All parts, accessories, and manuals are included;
- There are no signs of wear, modification, or misuse.
Please note that Temple Hut cannot accept returns for items that have been visibly damaged after delivery or for products that have been used or altered.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain categories are non-returnable:
- Opened lighting products that connect directly to a power source (plug-in models);
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable at checkout;
- Gift cards or digital downloads.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return or exchange, please contact our team at support@templehut.com with the following details:
- Receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number;
- The reason for return;
- Clear photos of the item (if applicable).
Once your request is reviewed and confirmed to meet the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy, our team will personally guide you through the next steps — including detailed return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance. Temple Hut is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-4 business days). If you still have not received your refund after this time-frame, please send us an email at support@templehut.com and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or color, please contact support@templehut.com before returning your product. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@templehut.com, including:
- Receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number;
- Photos of the product and packaging;
- A description of the issue.
We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.
Gift Returns
If you received a Temple Hut item as a gift, you may return it for a digital store credit equal to the item’s value, once we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds for gifted items cannot be processed to the original payment method.
