Description
The LevitaMoon™ is a 3D-printed magnetic levitation moon lamp with an oak wooden base.
The moon sphere floats silently above the base using magnetic levitation technology and lights up through wireless electromagnetic induction — no cables connecting moon to base, no built-in battery required.
The moon's surface is printed from real satellite elevation data, faithfully reproducing the craters, ridges, and maria of the actual lunar surface. A touch button on the base switches between warm white and cool white light modes.
Available in three sizes: 12cm (4.7 in), 15cm (5.9 in), and 18cm (7.1 in).
How it works
Step 1 — Choose your size: 12cm (4.7 in) for a desktop accent, 15cm (5.9 in) for the most popular balance of size and value, or 18cm (7.1 in) for maximum presence.
Step 2 — Place the base on a flat, non-metallic surface and connect it to power via USB.
Step 3 — Hold the moon sphere about 6 inches (approx. 15cm) above the center of the base with both hands, keeping it level.
Step 4 — Slowly lower it until you feel the magnetic field pushing back — that's the levitation zone.
Step 5 — Gently release. The moon will float and light up automatically through wireless induction.
Step 6 — Give it a slow spin to set it rotating. Touch the base button to switch between warm and cool white.
